About Høyd
Høyd is a project for those yearning for year-round mountain enjoyment, but who also want a somewhat more convenient «cabin life». Good qualities and well-considered solutions are therefore a hallmark of the project. Nature experiences are lined up just outside the door, both in summer and winter. Not only do you have immediate access to the alpine skiing resort, you can also enjoy miles of cross-country trails and vast areas of unspoilt nature.
Space to enjoy the good alpine life
Høyd is the apartment project for those who want both the secluded spaciousness of cabin life and the practical simplicity of apartment life. The 28 mountain apartments in Høyd give you space to enjoy the good alpine life.
A once-in-a-lifetime project
We are about to build 28 great mountain apartments on one of Fageråsen’s best and highest sites. This is a quality project, where sensible floor plans are combined with great qualities across the board. The project is inspired by traditional Scandinavian architecture, combined with natural, modern elements such as wood and stone. Along with its stunning location, at the top of Fageråsen, this makes it a unique project.
“This is a unique project that has the best location, the best views and the best qualities. Høyd is a rare opportunity on Trysil.”
Petter Birkrem,
Cabin broker
This is Norway at its best
Høyd is a project for those who are considering a mountain apartment. You value the tranquility of the high mountains, but at the same time you want access and proximity to multiple opportunities. Høyd gives you the best of both worlds, the peace and quiet of the mountains, practical and well-designed apartments, and a wide range of activities in the immediate vicinity.
“This is a project where both aesthetic and design requirements are high. Høyd is unquestionably a project where the developer has raised the bar.”
Cecilie Fuglevik
Interior Architect, Fugleperspektivet
Alpine enjoyment throughout the year
Trysil is famous as the country’s foremost winter destination, but experiences are abundant during the rest of the year as well. Magnificent natural surroundings and a central location, just two and a half hours from Oslo, make Trysil a natural choice for many people.
“This is a site we have been saving for a long time. We have been developing Trysil since 1965, and finally, after 60 years, the best site is for sale.”
Jens Søgaard,
The driving force behind the development of Fageråsen/Trysil
