For apartment 112, this means one bedroom becomes larger, and the kitchen/living room will be a spacious 35 square meters.
For apartments 122 and 123, it means larger bedrooms with the possibility of accommodating up to six beds.
This also increases the attractiveness for rental if you wish to offset costs with rental income. The apartments will feature single-stave parquet flooring, paneled walls, and painted concrete ceilings, an Osaka kitchen with laminate fronts and integrated AEG appliances. The entrance and bathroom will have recessed ceiling spotlights.
